The one thing that amazed me was when you explained to the driver that this parking is for disabled people, you all did a great job. One movie was about our trip to Rangitoto Island and the other movie was about Excellence in sports. Did you enjoy filming your movie?

  12. What a great way to get a very important message across to the public. Last week I saw a truck without a disability permit park in the wrong place at new world. I wish you guys had been there. I was a bit scared to tell him off by myself. Di Hankins

    I know what you mean, it is not right for people just to take the disability parking to get a parking quicker, but I didn't know that they needed a disability parking permit. I have learnt a lot from here and from now on will tell my family not to park there. Great movie.

    I really liked this film. This film taught us and encouraged us to think about were we park. A movie like this actually makes others learn more about parking. I have seen a lot of people park in the wrong place, but since after watching this film I know now to tell others that park in the wrong place to move to another parking area.     I really like your video because of the important message that it spreads. It really made a good statement that just because you can find a parking don't go to the disabled parking spots unless you are disabled. Because now we understand if you do then people that are disabled have nowhere to park and have to miss out on shopping or doing some thing that they need to do or they have to park out on the road and have to struggle getting out. Thank you for teaching me the importance of disability parking.

I think that only people with special needs should be able to go into the special parking, not just anyone.     I like how you have made a movie on how only the people with permits are allowed to park on a disability parking space, as most people don't follow that rule. Hopefully since kids are talking about it as well as adults everybody will stop and leave the spaces for the people that need them. Keep it up!

    This film is great! A lot of effort must have gone into the making of this. There are hundreds of disability parkings located all over auckland and without a Parking Permit, we are not allowed to park in the Disability Parking. There are consequences to our actions, especially those without a permit! Keep up the awesome work Sommerville!
