Having fun with Pegasus by Joel

On Friday 8th of July  we went to the Pegasus Unit at Pakuranga College. When we got there we got into teams. I was in a team with Ruby and Keenan. First  we did Hungry Hippos. Then we did dress up relay and did the Angry birds. My favourite one was the Nerf gun one, because it's about shooting at the cans. Then we did dancing. I danced with Ruby. After that we went to the swimming pool area and we had a BBQ.

North Head Tunnels by Joel

In the holidays I went to North Head tunnels. I went with my brother and my uncle Dave. We went over the Harbour bridge to get to the North Shore. We went through the tunnels and caves. Next we went to see the canons and military bases. There were three little cannons and one big cannon. There were also two military bases.I saw some  big holes which go down to the caves. It had a really fun time down there.

My first time using a chrome book. By Joel.

Today in my class we are using chromebooks for the first time. I learned how to do a screenshot on the chromebook. We had problems connecting to the internet. It was very slow.

Sommerville Sports Day by Joel

On Friday we went to sports day at Tamaki field at Somerville base school. Lionel came to picked us up in the school van. When we got there we got into groups. There was a lot in my group. We did running, skipping and snag golf. The weather was sunny and drizzling. My favourite activity was snag golf. We had lots of fun.

My Easter Holiday by Joel

In the Easter holidays I went to a restaurant to celebrate my nana's birthday. 

It took 1 hour to get there. I went with mum and brother.

We were there for 2 hours.

On good Friday I had an indoor Easter egg hunt with my brother.

I went shopping  at countdown with my mum on Easter Monday.
